» How do I place an order?
Just enter your area, choose from a list of restaurants that deliver to you, select the food items you want to order and checkout. Once you have placed your order and chosen your method of payment, just sit back & relax, BOL will do the rest of the work for you!
» How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order will be delivered to you by the restaurant itself to the address you've given to us. BOL is just a facilitator.
» How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation via SMS/e-mail once your order got placed successfully.
» Can I place takeaway orders on BOL?
Yes, you can place takeaway orders.
» Do you take orders over phone?
We believe that online order is the most convenient way to order food. However, we do provide the facility for taking orders over phone. You can call us at +91 9829796177
» Can I cancel my order?
We process the order as soon as we receive it from your end. Please call the restaurant if you want to cancel the order. Order confirmation SMS/e-mail contains the vendor contact details.
» Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Yes, you can, if the vendor agrees and the delivery boy has not left with your order.
» Would the restaurant serve thermocol/ plastic plates, bowls or spoons? I don’t have cutlery or utensils to eat the food.
It depends on the respective restaurants, you can add number of plates, spoons in the comment box when you check out. The restaurants will then try to adjust your order accordingly.
» Is 24x7 home deliveries possible from the restaurants?
We are trying to serve you 24x7 but right now this facility is not available.
» What are the different modes of payment on BOL?
You can use any one of the following payment methods:
1. Pay online (available with selected restaurants)
2. Cash on delivery
» Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
All transactions on BOL are 100% safe and secured.
» I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
If your order got cancelled, we refund the money. In case you've doubts, you can write to us at email@example.com along with your order code.

No, we never hide any cost from our esteemed customers.
» I would like to pay when my order is delivered. Is that possible?
Yes, we do have the facility of Cash on delivery.

» What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on delivery means you can make the payment in cash when you receive the order.

3D Secure Service provides you with a password to protect your online transactions just like you use your PIN at the ATM.
» How can I get the 3D Secure password for my credit/debit card?
You can register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your bank's website.
» How do I sign up for a BOL account?
Click on the login tab which is located on the top right hand side of the home page. If you're already registered, you can just login using your e-mail ID/User name & password. For new users, you can simply select "Create an account" and fill in your details.
» Is there a membership fee when I sign up for a BOL account?
There is no membership fee.
» I don′t remember my password OR username. I Need Help!
Click on the login tab on the top right hand side on the homepage & then click on "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your e-mail ID in the displayed field and we will send you a link on your e-mail address. You can reset your password instantly by clicking on the link.
» Are there any perks of signing up on BOL?

You can unsubscribe from our e-mails by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the e-mail you have received from us.

We understand that you value your privacy, and we respect it. BOL is committed to maintaining complete confidentiality and privacy of the data that you share with us.
» Can I write restaurant reviews?
Yes, absolutely!! We appreciate our customers to share their experiences with us & the readers. Good or bad, we make sure that we share your reviews & feedback with the respective restaurants.
» What are the delivery charges?
BOL doesn't levy any delivery charges. However, few restaurants charge a nominal delivery fee depending on the location of the restaurant. You can sort the restaurants by Delivery fee on the restaurant page.
» Restaurant does not/cannot deliver to my area. Why?
Sometimes restaurant can not deliver due to some unforeseen circumstances like delivery boy is not available, bad weather conditions, delivery area is far, etc.
» Why does the delivery time not correspond to the delivery timeline mentioned?
On rare occasions, orders may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like order rush at restaurant, unavailability of delivery boy, difficulty in searching the address, bad weather, etc.
» What is the estimated delivery time?
It depends on the respective restaurants. Once you've selected your area, you can see the estimated delivery time mentioned against all restaurants.
» How are items packaged?
Packaging of the food varies from restaurant to restaurant.
» How can I track the delivery of my order?
You can check your order status phone. We'd be launching the facility of tracking your order online soon.
» Is it possible to 'return' an order?
We process the order as soon as we receive it from your end. Please call the restaurant if you want to cancel the order. Order confirmation SMS/e-mail contains the vendor contact details. If the order gets canceled, your refund will get processed in 6-7 days.
» Can I return part of my order?
No, you cannot return, it's perishable.
» I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
Humble apologies for the delay. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order code.
» What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Well, it's quite simple. In case you've made any extra payment or duplicate payment or there is a change in food item resulting in billing difference or if the restaurant cancels your order, you'd be eligible for refunds. Our finance team will process the refunds within 2-3 working days, however, it may take 6-7 working days to reflect in your accounts.
